Job Description
Do you have a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or any other related field with 2 - 4 years of work experience in a Senior Developer or similar role? Are you looking for more challenges in a fast-growing professional company with disciplined work culture?
Responsibilities:
• Leading the development of complex software systems and applications.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define software requirements and architecture.
• Designing and implementing scalable and high-performance software solutions.
• Writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
• Conducting code reviews and mentoring junior developers.
• Ensuring software quality through testing and debugging.
• Identifying and resolving technical issues and bottlenecks.
• Keeping up with industry trends and recommending innovative solutions.
• Working closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
• Participating in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
Job Requirements
• Extensive experience in software development, with a focus on a specific technology stack (e.g., JavaScript, PHP, MERN, Laravel, MySql, etc.).
• In-depth knowledge of software development principles, design patterns, and best practices.
• Proficiency in multiple programming languages and frameworks.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to tackle complex technical challenges.
• Experience with database management systems and data modeling.
• Understanding of software testing methodologies and tools.
• Ability to lead and mentor a team of developers.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
